PAG Compressor Oils

PAG oil may need to be added during an automotive AC recharge when lubricant has been lost through component replacement, leakage, or system service. The correct viscosity and quantity depend on the vehicle and compressor manufacturer’s requirements. Do not add oil automatically; verify the specified PAG grade and follow the service procedure for the system.
